Happy Halloween Everyone! The mystery gang solved another mystery. (The Skeleton did it) –If it wasn’t for those meddling kids!- We had a blast this year finding and creating our costumes. I hope everyone had a happy and safe Halloween! Here are a few pictures of our night.
This is "Fred" pre-yellow hair paint. This morning I went to spray his hair yellow and because it is dark it was turning his hair a green color and I couldn't have that. So, I washed it out and bleached his hair! Yep, you heard it, Robert is a blond! And yes, the red IS my real hair color. Crazy I know! I will probably color it brown soon.

Velma was having tons of fun in the leaves before the Trunk or Treat started. We had all 3 star wards at the trunk or treat, so it was a bit crazy.
Shaggy was dodging me all night, but I finally got him!
This skeleton may have looked cute, but she sure did have us fooled.
Grandma Wendy brought us cookies to celebrate our case being closed (and to pass out our candy while we cruised the trunks). Thanks Grandma the cookies were Yummy!
We thought the trunk or treat started at 5, but it was 6 so we had plenty of time to just chill.
Well, we are on to the next case.

Great costume ideas! I love how the entire family is a theme. We tried that last year and this year the girls said "no way". Oh well, I tried. Are you going to dye Rober's hair back or are you going to just let it grow out? He really gets into the sprit of Halloween if he lets you bleach his hair.

We've always heard that blonds have more fun,so Robert is that true?? That's what we thought!! Britt loves the yellow hair and wants Brother Mortensen to come to Primary with his old-new hair color. Your family is adorable and I think your husband is a great sport!
