I went with Victoria's class to the Hamblin Farms in Kaysville. (Can I just say her teacher is amazing! I love my daughter immensely, but I couldn't handle more than one 2nd grader 5 days a week. She has a lot of patience)
Anyway, we did have a good time, but my batteries died on my camera so I only got 2 pictures of her time there.

We had to stay on the bus for 20 min. because the group before us hadn't left yet. While waiting Mrs. Leavitt taught the girls a new hand clapping game. I remember doing those as a kid and forgot how popular they are for their age group. (If you hear me talking about a playmate climbing an apple tree, please look down and keep walking.)

They assured us this sheep was quite comfy sitting on its numb bum, but half way threw the sheering demo she got a little restless and I started heading out of the barn. (nothing like leaving your charges to fend for themselves is there?)

At the end we got to go pet the baby animals. I think my favorites were the piglets, chicks, and sheep. So cute! I am so glad I got to go and be with Victoria that day. It was great.
1 who want to talk about it:
Fun! I'm excited for when I can chaperone my kids' fieldtrips too. My mom came on many of mine and I loved it! :)
