I am off track...
So with it being the Primary Program I made sure the kids were dressed nice and their hair done, but what I failed to check was their shoes. Anne had her play shoes on in the morning and I told her to change them, but never followed up on it. She was the first out the door and waiting in the car when I got there. I was so wrapped up in getting the stage set that it took Robert asking me if I saw what Anne was wearing to make me stop and look.(I was on the stage at this time)
You should have seen the shock and horror on my face! (Actually, Kent and Wendy did see it and laughed) What was she thinking! Those darn shoes are really fun, but they are way too big for her and she can't even walk in them! BTW- she is dying to grow into them. I once called her my little teenager and she giggles about that and reminds me I said it whenever she is wearing something that is "grown-up".

3 who want to talk about it:
This is SO awesome!! Lacey once snuck in with flip flops which mortified me. At least they were church appropriate if she were only a few years older!! TOO funny!!
That is hilarious. I am picturing your face when you realized what she was wearing. Too funny!
That's the best kid story I've heard in a long time! I love it.
