This is the theme for the Youth this year and it happens to also be the theme for our ward's Trek.
Our bishop asked Robert and I to be a ma and pa for Trek. We are so excited for this calling and know that with faith and sacrifice Heavenly Father will bless and strengthen us. Of course it also means that I have to start a walking schedule now to get my muscles ready for the journey.
What's even better than us going is that Kyle will be joining us! I am so excited for him to experience this program and hope and pray that he grows from it. They have asked the youth to earn their own way and I am all for Kyle doing this which is why I am posting today. If any of you need a helper then please give Kyle a call. He's not afraid of hard labor and is excited and willing to do anything including, but not limited to, cleaning out gutters, mowing lawns, cleaning out garages, cleaning cars, he is even a good toilet scrubber, also taking down Christmas lights -I know a few of you still have them up! It's March people, I think it might be a good time to bring them down. ;o)-, and he is even a pretty fun babysitter (diaper duty excluded).
Thanks for your love and friendship and help with Kyle achieving his goal.
